Miracles happen in our lives certainly..its just we are busy at times or we donot notice them until someone says .I delivered my first baby sravya in the month of august certainly the most precious and proud moment of my life .You will be amazed looking at the newborn and wonder how great God's creation is.
In one of my visits the doctor congratulated me saying "congratulations to you both on becoming new parents. You should be proud of yourselves. When everything in the world is so uncertain like the natural calamities, disasters, bad economy and so on you are bringing a perfect thing into this world". His words made me realize how big this is and I said to myself that I should raise my child with humanity and generosity .I should teach her not to hurt people by any of her actions and the value of money.
I was happily enjoying my pregnancy making scrapbooks and counting the kicks.
Soon the due date approached and my doc said that the baby is in head down position and you got nothing to worry.I packed my bag and was just waiting for the big day.My duedate is over and i didnot get any contractions. Then the doc asked me to go for ultrasound just to make sure the baby is doing good and monitored the heartbeat. Then in the ultrasound they saw that the umblical cord was around her neck not one or two lapses but four. The doctor said there would be risk for the baby if we wait for a normal birth. So immediately without any hesitation we opted for surgery and they operated me and there comes my cute little baby .
Looking at her now I feel what if i had contractions and went into labor. How thingswould have turned out. Oh.. I thank God every time i get that thought in my mind. personally I do feel it a miracle in my life and God was with me and my family in getting past the trouble and gifted us with the most precious little one.

Passion-Obsession
Being passionate about life or work or an activity doesn't harm you.Infact it helps you in keeping yourself busy and happy. We enjoy doing things we feel passionate about.Problem arises when you are addicted to it.It is called Obsession. There is a part of our brain called Cingulate cortex which coordinates our thoughts, learning and memorizing. Cingulate has executive control that helps us to supress the unwanted thoughts. If it doesn't do its job well then we are struck with a thought which leads to stress, aggression, anxiety or being overly adamant.
People who are fault finding and obsessive with things are generally categorized as selfish because they want things to be in the way they wanted to be.Things should happen in a way because they said so.This is not being selfish. This clearly explains that there is a problem with the part of brain which controls the emotions. In that case peope tend to look for negative stuff to balance themselves. They have this negative thought whirring in their brain and they are struck at that point. They cannot think otherwise. That repetition results in stress which leaves them as bad tempered people.
How to have a check on our brain? If a single thought keeps coming just switch on to something else which keeps you busy for a couple of hours. These tasks may be exercising, cooking, cleaning etc. Do not take any major decisions when you are stressed out.you cannot think right.Try to look at the brighter side of life.Be among people who encourage you and entertain you. You are the master of your brain. Give orders to it instead of following it in whatever direction it goes.Keep a balance between work life and personal life. Here is the point where good books and counselors come into picture.Try not to go to extremes on anything.keep switching your tasks and try to be passionate about life not obsessed. Be expressive. Do not put all the crap in your head . If you are hurt let it out. Dont be stressed.
Especially women, they have too many things going in their heads.Cleaning, cooking managing kids etc. Women..Just think for yourself that 'you are the God's most wonderful and beautiful creation. You are born to rule. You have the patience and virtue to set things right. You are not weak. You are not some question mark. You are what you are and you know what you can. God has given you the most precious gift... 'SMILE'.Keep smiling and handle the task at hand. You are skillful and talented.Just chill out. Take sometime for yourself. Go for a walk in the fresh air. Have a hot cup of coffee or a dark chocolate. Ease your pain. Release all the stress and get back to work.
In the end just remember that when it comes to life quality is more important than quantity.
